Description
Muddy walks are lovely. Muddy boot carpets are not. This liner covers the boot floor and the back of the rear seats, with flaps up the sides, so mud, water and dog hair end up on the liner instead of the car.
The bumper flap folds down over the back bumper while your dog jumps in and out, so claws and muddy legs land on the flap, not your paintwork. Fold it back in before you shut the boot.
It's padded Oxford fabric, a bit comfier to lie on than bare plastic. Two straps go round the rear headrests, hook-and-loop tabs help hold the sides in place, and a mesh pocket keeps a lead or poo bags handy. Mud wipes off, and hair vacuums up.

Materials & care
Material: padded 600D Oxford fabric, according to the supplier.
Care: Let mud dry, then shake or brush it off outside. Vacuum up the hair and wipe down with a damp cloth. It isn't sold as machine washable. Make sure it's completely dry before you fold it away.

How does it stay in place?
Two straps go round the rear headrests, and hook-and-loop tabs help hold the sides. Vacuum the boot first so the tabs grip.
Does it keep my dog secure in the car?
No. It protects your car, not your dog. The Highway Code says dogs in vehicles should be suitably restrained, for example with a dog guard, dog cage or seat belt harness. Use one of those as well.
