What's the quickest way to dry a wet dog?

Let them shake outside first. Then squeeze the water out of their coat with a towel, pressing and lifting rather than scrubbing, and finish with the legs, tummy and paws. Our guide on how to dry a wet dog fast covers the full routine.

Why microfibre?

It's thin and light, so it's easier to work into legs, paws and armpits than a bulky bath towel, and it soaks up water well.

How do I wash microfibre?

Always follow the care label. Shake or brush off dried mud first, and skip the fabric conditioner, which can coat the fibres. Regular washing keeps the wet-dog smell down.

Driving to your walks?

The Muddy Walk Kit adds a boot liner and a back seat cover to the towels, for less than buying them separately.
